We are committed to courteous service and customer satisfaction. Please carefully review the initials you have entered and the order in which they are entered. Personalized/monogrammed items are not returnable, except in the case of an error on the part of It’s All About You. Any error must be reported within five days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in original condition to It’s All About You prior to issuing a refund. Please email us in advance if you are returning merchandize.
To cancel or change an order, please email jsmoring@cox.net or call 478-474-4233. We will make every effort to accommodate you, although we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or change an order once it has gone into production.
